The decision to take Option One or Two often rests upon a consideration of time. Does your Business have time to do the work directly? Technical skill levels need not be an issue for many Web Sites, as these can be achieved relatively quickly - especially when using Adobe Contribute - so the question is can you / your staff be employed most effectively in Web Development or in your core business?
