Too often web site owners spend a great amount of time / money in developing and maintaining their web sites, with their own view of what they think is important, yet less often seek web site users views on what they want.
Hexcentric Ltd Surveys aims to address this weakness, then extend survey possibilities.
You can set any question, but often you will ask two broad types:
- What do you think of our web site? (very valid question in its self)
- What do you think of "subject x" (one that is important to you / your business)
Any question or set of questions can be presented in a variety of question formats. Individual responses are immediately available for review via e.mail, with compilations stored for longer term more in depth analysis.
