Domain names are renewed automatically unless specifically requested otherwise, in writting, by e.mail or letter.
Hosting services are payable in advance for a three month period unless otherwise specified.
Late Payment (30+ Days) of any invoice can result in suspension of all services provided and in addition a minimum £50 restart fee - due before restart - will be applicable.
Thirty (30) days advance notice is required to cease any Hexcentric Ltd service.
Notice should be given in writing by e.mail or letter, see contact details for delivery addess. Confirmation of cancellation will be returned with notification of any final amounts due on an account.
